A real-time opportunity is available where the project principals or representatives may vividly present their project face-to-face or online with a pe-qualified investor(s) and receive immediate feedback and/or commitment.
An investor who agrees to participate in a meeting has already pre-qualified the project on the basis of feasibility and interest level and is prepared to take immediate action providing all parties jointly agree to proceed.
