A multifamily property must have a minimum of 5 units in order to qualify. Mixed-use properties that have some commercial use (such as street level retail) and are at least 50% residential apartment units are also eligible for multifamily pricing with most loan programs.

Typical Properties:

• Multifamily or apartment building (minimum of 5 units required)
• Mixed-Use Multifamily (minimum 50% apartment units)
